Leading Organizational Change

This course provides leaders with the knowledge and tools to understand the factors that can cause organizational change and how they can successfully lead their team through a successful implementation. Specifically: • Understanding the importance of communication in successfully implementing change • Gaining knowledge and awareness of tools such as Kotter’s 8-step model and other structured approaches to help plan and implement any change initiative • Identifying the personal sources of resistance to organizational change
